Plan underground mine rehabilitation for Nutrien’s Allan operation using scheduling, field inspections, and cost tracking skills. This role supports protected potash production.

The Mine Engineer or Mine Technologist reports to the Senior Mine Geologist. You will maintain forward-looking rehabilitation plans, coordinate operational groups, and support Allan’s underground mine rehabilitation program. The work includes detailed cutting prints, budgets, reporting, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide planning and scheduling services for rehabilitation programs
- Create work packages and detailed rehabilitation cutting prints
- Coordinate weekly progress meetings with rehabilitation supervisors




- Inspect rehabilitation projects and report weekly activities
- Track budgets, forecast costs, and maintain reconciliation processes

Requirements:

- Engineering degree and one year of work experience
- Relevant diploma and five years’ Mine Technologist experience
- Industrial planning or scheduling experience preferred
- Experience with industry-standard CAD software, preferably Deswik.CAD
- Ability to work underground and use office software
