Lead Google Cloud Platform reliability for ServiceNow’s Canada Protected B workplace through Kubernetes expertise and advanced automation. Fixed 24x5 shifts support continuous coverage.

As a Staff Site Reliability Engineer, you will provide senior technical leadership across critical cloud infrastructure and services. The work spans Linux, Kubernetes, networking, databases, and observability. You will solve complex production problems, influence architecture, and improve operational standards across engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complex, high-impact incidents spanning services and technology domains
- Drive Root Cause Analysis and systemic corrective actions
- Design reusable automation with Bash, Python, or JavaScript
- Improve Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and production reliability




- Mentor engineers through troubleshooting and incident response

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years of relevant experience with required technical education
- Extensive Linux production administration and troubleshooting experience
- Significant cloud infrastructure experience, preferably Google Cloud Platform
- Strong Kubernetes, Ansible, Puppet, and Git expertise
- Eligibility for Government of Canada Reliability Status screening
