1911 Gold Corporation seeks an experienced Mill Millwright Supervisor to lead mechanical maintenance at the True North Mine. Reporting to the Fixed Plant Maintenance General Foreman, you will supervise millwrights, coordinate daily activities, and support reliable mill operations. The work includes maintenance planning, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise repairs, installations, modifications, and maintenance of mill machinery
- Coordinate daily assignments and prioritize operational maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, pipeline, and processing equipment systems




- Track work orders and maintenance activities within the CMMS
- Coach millwrights and apprentices while coordinating with operations

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of industrial millwright experience
- Red Seal Industrial Mechanic Millwright 433A certification or equivalent
- Knowledge of industrial mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Experience with preventative maintenance and equipment reliability programs
- Ability to work at heights, confined spaces, and active equipment
