Lead signature fundraising events at Hope Air using strategic planning and relationship management to expand healthcare access across Canada. National travel is required.

As Manager, Signature Events and Community Fundraising, you will lead national programs including Haul for Hope and Give Hope Wings. The work spans event strategy, peer-to-peer fundraising, corporate partnerships, volunteer engagement, communications, and performance reporting. You will help create memorable experiences that inspire participation and generate fundraising results for Hope Air.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and evolve Haul for Hope and Give Hope Wings
- Build partnerships with sponsors, aviation partners, and communities
- Empower organizers, committees, volunteers, and fundraising champions
- Manage communications, recruitment campaigns,



and participant resources
- Oversee budgets, timelines, reporting, and national event delivery

Requirements:

- Fundraising, event management, or community fundraising experience
- Experience leading complex, multi-site programs through execution
- Robust corporate sponsor, volunteer, and partner relationship skills
- Proficiency with online fundraising platforms and reporting tools
- Flexibility for national travel, evenings, and weekends
