Role Summary

Are you an experienced industrial mechanic who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment, working with automation, and being part of a team that genuinely supports one another? We are looking for a hands‑on Facilities Technician / Millwright to join our overnight maintenance team and help keep our highly automated distribution operation running safely, reliably, and efficiently. This is an important role within the facility. You will work with conveyor and material handling systems, automated equipment, mechanical and low‑voltage electrical systems, PLC‑controlled equipment, and other building systems. Conveyor experience is particularly important, along with strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and the ability to work confidently around automation. Experience with HVAC and security systems is an asset. Just as important as technical ability is how you work. You’ll join an experienced, collaborative group of technicians who share knowledge, step in to help one another, and take pride in keeping the operation running. We are looking for someone who brings that same sense of ownership, reliability, teamwork,

and commitment to the job every night. This position works under the guidance of the Senior Facility Maintenance Manager and requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining an active and dependable member of the team.

Compensation Base salary: $88,500 annually
Night‑shift premium: Additional $7,500 annually for the overnight schedule
Total Annual Target: $96,000
