Billyard Insurance Group is hiring full time P&C; insurance brokers for its Mississauga West, Mississauga East, Oakville, and Vaughan branches. You will assess client needs, quote personal and commercial lines through insurer portals, negotiate with underwriters, and close business. A dedicated service team receives clients after closing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build a book through prospecting, networking, and events
- Develop referral partners including realtors and mortgage brokers
- Assess client needs across personal and commercial lines
- Quote policies through insurer portals and negotiate with underwriters
- Close business and hand clients to the service team

Requirements:

- High school diploma
- Two or more years in insurance or high-performance sales
- Active RIBO licence
- OTL licence converted before starting
