Analyze financial data and build models as a Financial Analyst with Acosta Services Canada Co in a hybrid Mississauga or Toronto setting.

This full time Financial Analyst supports planning, forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making across Acosta Group. You will work with large datasets, Microsoft Excel, financial models, and cross-functional partners. The position turns complex information into recommendations for business leaders while supporting month-end close and operational analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and financial planning
- Analyze results against budgets, forecasts, and prior-year performance
- Prepare variance analyses explaining key business drivers
- Assist month-end close, revenue support, cost posting, and reporting

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, mathematics, or related field
- One to three or more years in finance, accounting, or FP&A;
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting
- Transparent communication with finance and non-finance stakeholders
