Reporting to the ERP Manager, you will support analysis, testing, and implementation across procure-to-pay, quote-to-cash, and manufacture-to-stock processes. This Business Analyst role connects stakeholders and IT while supporting Techo-Bloc's digital transformation. You will document requirements, evaluate enhancements, and improve how the platform serves the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture needs and map end-to-end business processes
- Translate requirements into actionable D365 use cases
- Facilitate workshops and document current and future processes
- Lead prioritization,
impact assessment, QA, UAT, and training
- Support integrations, automated testing, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Two or more years of business analysis experience
- Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience
- Ability to document complex requirements and use cases
- Fluency in Agile, Lean, and Waterfall methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
