As SEO Manager, Urgent Care, you own search for urgent care groups operating many locations. Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency, and this full time role focuses exclusively on search. You will guide technical roadmaps, keyword strategy, content priorities, and client reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage crawlability, indexation, speed, schema, and site architecture
- Develop keyword strategies and on-page optimization priorities
- Improve visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity
- Direct links, local search, and multi-location SEO
- Report through GA4, Search Console, and quarterly roadmaps

Requirements:

- Three or more years of hands-on SEO experience
- Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush
- Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
- Clear spoken English for live calls with US clients
- Urgent care or similar multi-location SEO experience preferred
