Raise seeks a PeopleSoft Time & Labour / Payroll Functional Lead for a top client. The lead provides functional support across Time Administration, time reporting, payable time, exceptions, and application maintenance. The work connects PeopleSoft Time & Labour with Payroll for North America while translating business requirements into functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support PeopleSoft Time & Labour configuration and application maintenance
- Troubleshoot time reporting, rules, exceptions, and payable time
- Assess issues affecting approvals, schedules, and payroll processing




- Validate Time & Labour and Payroll integrations
- Coordinate regression testing and User Acceptance Testing

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of hands-on PeopleSoft Time & Labour experience
- Strong PeopleSoft HCM functional process knowledge
- Solid SQL skills for validation and troubleshooting
- Experience translating business requirements into functional solutions
- Experience with configuration, issue resolution, and maintenance
