As an AI Enablement Specialist, you will support CIMA+’s AI enablement strategy and adoption initiatives. You will work with business teams, the AI Development team, Talent & Culture, and organizational functions. Your focus includes translating business needs into use cases, supporting change management, and developing practical AI content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify AI opportunities across business processes and ways of working
- Translate business needs into practical AI solutions and use cases
- Develop guidance, FAQs, demonstrations, and adoption resources
- Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and AI office hours
- Measure adoption, usage, user needs,



and business impact

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or related field
- Five to seven years’ relevant digital transformation or technology adoption experience
- Robust understanding of generative AI and business applications
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and practical use cases
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
