Torus Talent is recruiting for an established Vancouver organization in residential real estate development and construction. You will own busy accounts payable activities, coordinate approximately 500 monthly payments, and work with accounting, project managers, suppliers, trades, and construction stakeholders. The position supports continued accounting development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily accounts payable activities and monthly outgoing payments
- Code vendor, trade, and project invoices accurately
- Apply construction job costing and holdback knowledge




- Resolve invoice questions with suppliers and project teams
- Support cheques, electronic payments, reconciliations, and reporting packages

Requirements:

- Knowledge of construction job costing and holdbacks
- Accuracy managing payment volumes and multiple deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Accounting software and spreadsheet experience
- Availability for downtown Vancouver on-site work
