Operate Class 1 recycling trucks at Interpro Recycling, handling roll off containers and diverse materials safely. Work across yard and supplier locations as required.

This Class 1 Driver loads and unloads ferrous and non-ferrous materials using roll off containers, luger boxes, end dumps, gondola trailers, and flat decks. The position supports safe service, regulatory compliance, equipment care, and reliable collections. Drivers communicate with dispatchers about delays, hazards, overloads, and supplier concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Load and unload ferrous and non-ferrous materials safely
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections
- Maintain equipment through greasing and tire-pressure checks
- Report hazards, overloads, discrepancies,



and unsafe conditions
- Coordinate collections, delays, complaints, and service concerns

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED equivalency
- Valid Class 1 Driver’s License without restrictions
- Knowledge of Canadian federal and provincial driving regulations
- Punctual, dependable, courteous, and safety-conscious approach
- Comfort working in variable weather conditions
