Lead FPGA verification remotely at Aversan Inc., applying SystemVerilog and UVM to safety-critical aerospace, defence, and space electronics. Help deliver firmware designs to production.

As a full time FPGA Verification Engineer, you will contribute to definition, implementation, testing, and production delivery. The work spans DO-254 processes, verification planning, digital hardware, and associated firmware. You will develop test environments and documentation while supporting complex FPGA or ASIC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Apply DO-254 development and certification processes across hardware lifecycle activities
- Define FPGA validation and verification plans
- Develop SystemVerilog test benches, components, and UVM models




- Implement on-target test environments and execute procedures
- Support FPGA, ASIC, PCB, software, and firmware development

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience verifying complex digital systems
- Experience developing verification plans, test benches, and test cases
- Knowledge of SystemVerilog, UVM, and ModelSim or QuestaSim
- Knowledge of ARINC, AMBA, AXI, PCIe, and Ethernet buses
