Provide specialist menopause care at Sunflower Menopause Clinic, using assessment, diagnosis, HRT management and EMIS clinical records. This role is based within South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust.

As a General Practitioner, you will assess perimenopause and menopause presentations and develop individualised plans. The work includes prescribing, investigations, referrals, diagnostic interpretation and cooperative care with GPs, nurses, pharmacists and secondary services. You will also support preventative healthcare and practice standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess, diagnose and manage perimenopause and menopause patients
- Develop management plans aligned with national guidance
- Initiate, review and monitor HRT and non-hormonal treatments




- Fit and replace intrauterine systems when clinically indicated
- Maintain accurate EMIS records and clinical coding

Requirements:

- General practice skills including history taking and examination
- Ability to interpret diagnostic information and develop differentials
- Capacity to initiate investigations, referrals and emergency care
- Basic computer literacy and accurate record keeping
- Commitment to maintaining professional clinical standards
