Drive full-cycle recruiting for Elastic’s G&A; and Marketing teams while advising hiring leaders across a distributed company.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage wide-ranging roles and levels, from Product Marketing Managers and Accountants to Attorneys and Salesforce Developers. You will build pipelines, improve candidate experiences, and represent Elastic’s talent brand. The work spans corporate functions and marketing, supported by global recruiting strategies and recruiting technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, engage, and manage talent through the full hiring process
- Advise hiring teams and build healthy candidate pipelines
- Craft and improve a consistent candidate experience




- Champion consistent processes with the Elastic recruiting team
- Develop and complete recruiting strategies with global colleagues

Requirements:

- Five or more years of recruiting experience
- Corporate G&A; and marketing recruiting experience
- Experience in agency and corporate environments preferred
- Ability to balance multiple requisitions with attention to detail
- Understanding of ATS tools and recruiting technologies
