Configure clinical research platforms at SickKids while applying validation and application administration expertise. Support EDC and eTMF/eISF in a flexible hybrid setting.

As a senior member of Research IT Application Support, you will administer new EDC and eTMF/eISF platforms. The Clinical Research Technology Program is building a sustainable digital ecosystem for clinical research. You will partner with vendors, Clinical Research Operations, and Research IT colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement platform configurations, integrations, and releases
- Translate research and regulatory needs into technical requirements
- Review vendor solutions against requirements and SickKids standards
- Manage application changes through established change control processes




- Maintain specifications and records supporting audit readiness

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Five or more years supporting applications in regulated environments
- Hands-on administration with clinical research or comparable platforms
- Experience with configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and release management
- Experience with computerized system validation and risk-based testing
