As a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will support hiring across 123Dentist’s national clinic network. Manage high-volume recruitment while partnering with clinic leaders, HR, and Payroll. Use ATS and HRIS systems, strengthen candidate pipelines, and improve recruitment practices across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage recruitment from intake through offer across assigned roles
- Develop hiring plans with clinic hiring managers
- Source passive candidates for hard-to-fill CDA roles
- Maintain candidate pipelines using ATS and recruitment tools




- Coach managers on interviewing and candidate selection

Requirements:

- Five or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Healthcare, dental, or skilled services experience preferred
- Experience supporting multi-site or regional hiring
- Strong direct sourcing and passive engagement capabilities
- Willingness to travel occasionally for recruitment events
