Lead People and Culture strategy at Make Space while shaping HR operations, employee relations, and scalable programs across Canada. This hybrid position runs Monday to Friday.

As Director, People & Culture, you will advise the CEO, executive leadership, and senior management team. You will align HR strategies with business objectives while supporting engagement, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop HR strategies supporting growth plans and business objectives
- Advise executives on workforce planning and employee relations
- Lead organizational development and change management initiatives
- Oversee talent acquisition, performance, compensation, and perks programs




- Improve scalable HR processes, systems, reporting, and analytics

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- CPHR designation required or actively in progress
- Eight to ten years of progressive human resources experience
- Experience advising senior executives and managing complex employee relations
- Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and compliance requirements
