Lead water facilities teams across Canada with Jacobs, using strategic workforce planning and people development from any Canadian office.As Department Manager, Facilities, you will report to the Director of Operations and lead approximately 10 Group Leaders. The role advances growth opportunities through coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and performance management. You will also oversee proposal and project workloads, resource allocation, recruitment, and operational delivery across the Canada Water Business.Key Responsibilities:
