As a Window & Door Installer Helper, you will work directly alongside experienced installers on commercial, residential, and restoration project sites. using basic hand and power tools, and preparing site openings. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who is reliable, eager to learn the trade, and comfortable working in a fast-paced field environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Site & Opening Preparation: Prepare window and door rough openings prior to unit placement, including applying waterproofing membranes/flashing, caulking, and silicone sealant to ensure proper weatherproofing and site readiness.
Installer Support & Alignment: Assist lead installers in measuring, positioning, shimming, aligning, and securing windows and doors into prepared openings.
Tool Handling & Site Care: Safely operate basic hand and power tools, maintain an organized work area, handle materials carefully, and keep the job site clean and clear of debris.
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
