Regional Manager – Multi-Unit Retail Operations

People Finders Personnel is recruiting an experienced Regional Manager for our client, an established Canadian health and wellness retailer with nine locations across Western Ontario.
The chance Reporting to the National Manager, you will lead performance across nine stores spanning Windsor to Oakville, with accountability for profitability, sales, operational excellence, customer experience and leadership development. You will strengthen community relationships and support business growth through regular store visits and hands-on coaching.
Territory: Windsor, Chatham, Sarnia, London, Kitchener, Cambridge, Hamilton, St. Catharines and Oakville. Preferred home base: London, Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge or Hamilton. Regular regional travel required.
What you will do

- Drive regional sales, profitability, store P&Ls;, labour productivity and performance KPIs.
- Coach and develop Store Managers; build high-performing teams, succession plans and accountability.
- Maintain consistent standards for customer experience, merchandising, inventory, safety and compliance.
- Identify performance gaps, lead measurable action plans and follow through on results.
- Guide store-level community outreach and referral partnerships with healthcare and community organizations.
- Implement company initiatives and operational improvements across the region.
- Provide weekly reporting and collaborate with senior leadership and support teams.

What you will bring

- At least 3 years of multi-unit retail leadership as a District,



Area or Regional Manager, or equivalent.
- Experience leading multiple stores through Store Managers, including geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong P&L;, sales, labour, inventory and retail KPI management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to coach leaders, improve performance and drive accountability.
- Solid retail operations, customer experience and merchandising expertise.
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills; comfort with Excel and reporting.
- Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for regional travel.

Additional experience we value Healthcare, pharmacy, home healthcare, optical, hearing care or specialty retail; community engagement and referral partnerships; organizational change; Dayforce or comparable workforce management systems.
You do not need to come from healthcare retail. We welcome accomplished multi-unit retail leaders from other sectors with strong commercial judgment and proven results.
