Job Description

Timely Healthcare Services Inc. is urgently seeking a compassionate and qualified Italian-speaking Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide personalized care and daily living support.

The successful candidate must be able to communicate comfortably in Italian and provide care that respects the individual's dignity, preferences, and independence. Immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Support safe mobility and daily living activities according to the care plan.
- Provide companionship and engage in conversation in Italian.
- Follow the individualized care plan and report changes or concerns to the Care Coordinator.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable care environment.
- Respect confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries.

Qualifications

- Personal Support Worker certificate.
- Ability to speak and understand Italian fluently.
- Compassion, patience, and robust communication skills.




- Ability to travel to the assignment in East Gwillimbury.
- Experience providing personal care is an asset.
