Source construction labourers through high-volume recruiting, rapid response, and candidate engagement for Greatario Engineered Storage Systems. This contract role supports project staffing needs.

Reporting to the Chief People Operations Officer, the Recruiter supports workforce requirements across construction projects. You will recruit labourers and other personnel, maintain candidate pipelines, and coordinate hiring with project managers, site superintendents, forepersons, and operations leaders. The contract is anticipated to last 6-8 months.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit construction labourers and other construction personnel
- Identify staffing needs and changing workforce gaps
- Maintain qualified candidate pipelines for projects




- Source candidates through job boards and community networks
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate hiring activities

Requirements:

- One or more years of recruitment experience
- High-volume hiring experience with tight project timelines
- Construction, industrial services, or skilled trades recruiting preferred
- Solid communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Microsoft Office and applicant tracking system proficiency
