As Supply Chain Systems Manager, you will lead Senior Systems Analysts and oversee implementations across Loblaw distribution centres. You will partner with DC leadership, Operations, IT and cross-functional stakeholders. The work includes roadmap planning, request prioritization, business cases, and benefits measurement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach and develop Senior Systems Analysts
- Own Manhattan WMS Active rollout across distribution centres
- Oversee requirements, design, testing, UAT, cutover, and stabilization
- Prioritize enhancements using ROI, impact, risk, and capacity




- Support change management, training, SOPs, and knowledge transfer

Requirements:

- Progressive warehouse systems and supply chain operations experience
- People leadership or team management experience
- Complex WMS implementation or large-scale deployment experience
- Strong warehouse operations and WMS process understanding
- Clear communication with technical and operational audiences
