As Senior Vice President, you will report to the CFO and direct capital markets, investment underwriting, capital allocation, and financial planning. You will evaluate project, portfolio, asset, and corporate financing structures while guiding investment recommendations. The position requires renewable energy finance expertise and advanced financial modelling judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop capital markets strategy with the CFO, CEO, and leadership team
- Lead project, portfolio, asset, and corporate capital raising
- Negotiate with banks, investors, tax equity providers, and lenders
- Oversee underwriting, sensitivity analysis, and investment recommendations




- Guide FP&A;, liquidity forecasting, and long-range planning

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, engineering, or related field
- At least 15 years of progressive relevant experience
- Significant renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or distributed generation experience preferred
- Experience structuring project debt, tax equity, preferred equity, or joint ventures
- Advanced financial modelling and investment committee presentation experience
