Hoosier Energy is seeking a CIP Compliance Team Leader to oversee NERC CIP standards for BES Cyber Systems. This leadership role mentors analysts, coordinates across IT, OT and operations, and drives audit readiness and regulatory engagement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5 years in CIP compliance or cybersecurity in electric utilities, and certifications such as CISSP, CISA, GICSP, or PMP. The role is hybrid at the Bloomington, IN site.
