Overview

Winter Sidewalk Labourer - Snow Removal helps keep pedestrian routes explicit and safe during winter conditions. This hands-on role involves outdoor work, changing weather, and the use of tools and equipment to support sidewalk snow removal and general site upkeep. Majority of shifts are during overnight hours with some daytime hours required. Weekend availability is also required.

Responsibilities

- Transparent snow and ice from sidewalks and pedestrian areas using appropriate hand tools and power tools.
- Operate equipment such as an snow blower when assigned and appropriate to the task.
- Assist with landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture, and irrigation tasks as seasonal work requires
- Flexibility to be available for nights and weekend shifts

Skills Required:



Practical ability to use hand tools and power tools safely, perform maintenance tasks, and work outdoors in winter conditions. Mechanical knowledge supports equipment care and effective snow removal.

Preferred: Landscape/Snow experience. Adaptability, attention to detail, and a dependable approach help you contribute across seasonal duties.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
