You will guide projects from pre-construction planning through delivery, coordinating design teams, site personnel, trades, suppliers, and ownership groups. The role covers complete project execution across the Lower Mainland.

Lead full lifecycles for wood-frame residential developments

Maintain schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and risk assessments

Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, and documentation

Seven to twelve years of construction experience

Three-plus years managing wood-frame residential projects

BC developer-builder or general contractor experience

Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar tools

Apply project leadership, stakeholder coordination, and cost-control expertise to deliver multi-family wood-frame buildings across Metro Vancouver. #
