Skyline Recruitment is partnering with a reputable residential builder seeking an experienced Project Manager. You will guide projects from pre-construction planning through delivery, coordinating design teams, site personnel, trades, suppliers, and ownership groups. The role covers complete project execution across the Lower Mainland.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycles for wood-frame residential developments

Maintain schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and risk assessments

Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, trades, and suppliers

Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs,



and documentation

Oversee tendering, trade awards, and procurement strategies

Requirements

Seven to twelve years of construction experience

Three-plus years managing wood-frame residential projects

Multi-family sequencing, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement knowledge

BC developer-builder or general contractor experience

Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar tools

Apply project leadership, stakeholder coordination, and cost-control expertise to deliver multi-family wood-frame buildings across Metro Vancouver.
