Clearsulting’s Senior Consulting Manager, Workiva Wdata, leads teams delivering digital reporting and compliance solutions. The role combines technical design, system integration, requirements gathering, testing cycles, deployment, and executive-level presentations. You will manage multiple projects, oversee design sessions, mentor junior consultants, and maintain detailed work products with strong follow-through.

Hybrid or remote work is available, with four monthly in-person days for qualifying nearby employees and 20-40% travel. Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada without current or future employer-sponsored visa support.

Requirements

Solid Workiva development and functionality knowledge

Ability to lead teams and trusted client relationships

Lead Workiva implementations at Clearsulting using technical design, client training, finance consulting, and disciplined project management skills.
