As Supervisor, Workplace Services, you will oversee corporate office environments and employee-focused services. The role combines facilities operations, workplace projects, vendor management, and service excellence. You will coordinate relocations, renovations, lease renewals, and workplace planning while supporting welcoming, protected, professional environments.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate office searches, relocations, renovations, buildouts, and workplace refresh projects

Lead facilities staff, mailroom operations, and vendor-delivered services

Oversee maintenance, security, parking, utilities, access control, and meeting spaces

Manage landlords, brokers, contractors, designers, and project partners





Resolve workplace issues while maintaining customer service standards

Requirements

Post-secondary education in facilities management, business, project management, or related field

At least eight years’ progressive facilities or workplace operations experience

Leadership or supervisory experience in related workplace disciplines

Experience managing relocations, leases, renovations, and corporate facilities

Financial, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
