You will coordinate relocations, renovations, lease renewals, and workplace planning while supporting welcoming, safe, skilled environments.Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate office searches, relocations, renovations, buildouts, and workplace refresh projectsLead facilities staff, mailroom operations, and vendor-delivered servicesOversee maintenance, security, parking, utilities, access control, and meeting spacesManage landlords, brokers, contractors, designers,



and project partnersResolve workplace issues while maintaining customer service standardsRequirements:

Post-secondary education in facilities management, business, project management, or related fieldAt least eight years’ progressive facilities or workplace operations experienceLeadership or supervisory experience in related workplace disciplinesExperience managing relocations, leases, renovations, and corporate facilitiesFinancial, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsBring facilities leadership, vendor management, and workplace project expertise to UFA’s hybrid Calgary workplace services team.
