This Chief Financial Officer serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and oversees all organizational financial activities. You will strengthen financial systems, structure, processes, controls, and team capabilities while guiding profitability, capital efficiency, and shareholder value. Hands-on responsibilities include financial modelling, forecasting, scenario analysis, reporting, cash management, debt, tax strategy, M&A; due diligence, and investor communications.
