Coordinate youth programming with YWCA Hamilton, combining staff coaching, family communication, and child-focused administration in Hamilton.

This temporary Youth Services assignment runs 20 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, from 2:00 to 6:00pm. The lead instructor supports after-school operations, records, outreach, registration, supplies, and secure programming for children ages 6–14, with travel required within Hamilton and Halton Region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain registration, waitlist, attendance, and communication records
- Support outreach events and liaise with community partners
- Coach program staff and model strong leadership
- Order equipment, supplies, and weekly snacks
- Resolve conflicts and escalate sensitive situations appropriately

Requirements:

- Minimum three years' experience working with children
- Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Current First Aid and CPR or willingness to obtain
- Required immunization and TB documentation
- Ability to travel within Hamilton and Halton Region
