First Service Residential is seeking a Part‐Time Building Operator in Calgary to support the Senior Building Operator two days per week. You will perform day‐to‐day operations, inspections, and preventive maintenance for a high‐end residential condo building, maintaining logs, and ensuring safety and service quality for residents.

The role requires a valid Alberta 5th Class Power Engineer certificate, a high school diploma or equivalent, and hands‐on experience with mechanical systems.
