Coordinate loss prevention at TJX Canada's Distribution Centre, using audits and investigations during the stated 4:30am to 3:00pm shift.

This coordinator supports LP awareness, shrink programs, asset protection, and life safety standards. The position requires Distribution Centre loss prevention experience, investigation skills, and knowledge of CCTV, radios, and fire alarm panels.

You will collaborate with DC Operations and DCLP Management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assign daily responsibilities to Security Officers and Loss Prevention Associates
- Coordinate operational audits and review LPA audits
- Monitor monthly Shrink Committee goals and compliance
- Conduct LP training and General Warehouse Associate orientations




- Coordinate emergency response and support internal investigations

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of Distribution Centre LP experience
- Law and Security Diploma or equivalent experience is an asset
- Maintain a valid provincial security license where legally required
- Know CCTV, radios, and fire alarm panels
- Demonstrate investigation, interviewing, and conflict resolution skills
