Lead financial planning and forecasting for O’Dell HVAC Group in Burlington, Ontario, using advanced analysis to guide regional business performance. As Regional Financial Director, FP&A;, you will partner with senior leaders and operational teams on strategic financial decisions. Your work will cover budgeting, forecasting, modelling, scenario analysis, profitability, working capital, and cash flow. You will also oversee the Regional Controller while supporting accurate reporting and solid controls. Key Responsibilities:
