The Unit Manager reports to the Director of Medicine, ICU, Respiratory and Post Acute Care. Responsibilities span medical inpatient services, ICU operations, Respiratory Therapy, and the Critical Care Response Team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage patient flow across the organization
- Oversee ICU, Respiratory Therapy, and response team operations
- Lead human and fiscal resource management

Requirements:

- Active qualified college registration in good standing
- BScN or associated degree
- Five years acute care nursing experience
- Three years recent supervisory or management experience
- Budget, conflict resolution, and critical thinking skills
