Lead 2D artists and animators at Big Blue Bubble while guiding creative delivery across game development from pre-production through production. This full-time Art Manager role leads and mentors the Art team at Big Blue Bubble. You will collaborate with design, production, and programming teams while applying knowledge across artistic disciplines. The position supports talent development, resource planning, creative alignment, and art and animation outsourcing relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 2D artists and animators Hire, train, develop, and guide artistic talent Maintain awareness of staffing needs across projects Ensure work follows creative vision and project scope Manage external art and animation outsourcing relationships Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Animation, or related field Three or more years supervising, managing, or leading teams Expert knowledge of Photoshop, After Effects, and Spine 2D Solid game development process knowledge and gaming passion Experience with Unity engine preferred Bring artistic leadership, talent development, and 2D production expertise to Big Blue Bubble’s gaming projects and creative teams.
