Lead AtkinsRéalis’ Electrical Engineering practice in Calgary through client relationships, technical oversight, and Alberta market growth. This client-facing position offers hybrid working. You will guide the Electrical team across Alberta while contributing to the Western Canadian Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services group. The work combines market development, proposal leadership, project execution, mentorship, and strategic planning. Projects span healthcare, transportation, industrial, institutional, municipal, federal, and national defense markets. Key Responsibilities:

Expand key markets for Mechanical and Electrical disciplines Manage client relationships and participate in Key Account Management Lead proposals, strategic planning,



and market growth initiatives Provide technical oversight for complex project delivery Mentor engineers, recruit team members, and develop future leaders Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent relevant experience Skilled Engineer registration with APEGA or Alberta eligibility Typically 15+ years in electrical building systems design Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams and complex projects Strong communication, leadership, judgement, and organizational skills Shape Alberta’s Electrical Engineering practice through market leadership, project delivery, client development, and team mentorship.
