Lead Microsoft 365 and cloud engineering for Blue Moon Metals, designing secure infrastructure and up-to-date workplace services across a global organization. This hands-on technical leadership role guides Microsoft 365, Azure services, endpoint management, and identity solutions. You will support hybrid environments, coordinate the CSP, and deliver reliable technology services across multiple locations and time zones. The role contributes to infrastructure, cloud, and workplace projects. Key Responsibilities:

Direct Microsoft 365 technical architecture and ongoing service improvement Manage Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Exchange Online, and Teams Coordinate CSP support, escalations, service reviews, and root-cause analysis Lead cloud, infrastructure, migration, integration,



and security projects Maintain documentation, standards, runbooks, and configuration baselines Requirements:

Five to eight years in infrastructure, systems, cloud, or workplace roles Senior technical leadership experience in IT environments Hands-on Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, and Hyper-V experience Intune endpoint management across Windows, macOS, and iOS Entra ID, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and passwordless authentication experience Bring Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint management, and identity expertise to Blue Moon Metals’ global technology environment.
