As a Senior Building Consultant, you will independently lead building and cost consulting assignments involving losses of $2 million and greater. You will assess commercial, institutional, industrial, and multi-family properties affected by insured events. The work combines construction cost analysis, restoration knowledge, client advising, and technical leadership. Key Responsibilities:
