Product security leadership at CAE embeds cybersecurity early across software, AI, technology, and transformation initiatives. This position is regular. The Senior Manager partners with Product Security, Engineering, Architecture, and Technology teams throughout the product lifecycle. The role supports customer-facing requirements, regulatory obligations, security assurance, and secure development while representing the CISO in strategic business discussions when appropriate. 10+ years in cybersecurity, product security, or technology leadership Up-to-date software and product security understanding Experience supporting digital transformation or enterprise programs Experience in aerospace, defence, software, industrial, or regulated environments Proven organizational change and multidisciplinary leadership experience Advance CAE product security through secure development, technology partnerships, executive guidance, and enterprise cybersecurity integration.
