Lead fleet strategy, commercial growth, and dealership operations at Roy Foss while shaping a consolidated centre for automotive customers. The Director of Fleet & Commercial Operations will build and grow a commercial operation across three dealerships. This senior leader will support vehicle selection, ordering, upfitting, delivery, service, and replacement. The position reports to the Vice President of Operations and oversees strategy, accounts, OEM relationships, financial performance, and customer delivery. Key Responsibilities:
