You will partner with Product and Engineering leaders while translating customer needs into strategy, measurable outcomes, and cohesive experiences. Eight-plus years of Product Design experienceFluency with agentic or AI-first product interaction modelsShipped streaming, citation, confidence, refusal, and recovery patternsStrong product judgment, business acumen, and customer-centric practiceExcellent presentation, storytelling, facilitation, and mentoring skillsApply AI design expertise, strategic judgment, and systems thinking to create trustworthy experiences for Clio’s legal professionals.
