AECOM seeks a senior electrical leader for its hybrid Kitchener/London region, focused on engineering quality, client partnerships, and practice growth.This Electrical Department Manager leads selected projects while developing engineers, designers, and technical staff. You will strengthen delivery capability, support strategic pursuits, and represent AECOM with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal leaders. Preferred experience includes progressive electrical consulting, design-build, department management, and complex project technical leadership.Key Responsibilities:
