G Mining Services is seeking a Director of Engineering, Major Projects, for its multidisciplinary mining consulting practice. The position manages engineering for surface infrastructure supporting underground and open pit developments in precious, base, and industrial metals. Responsibilities include strategic project planning, supplier evaluation, permitting documentation, technical staffing, and executive reporting. Key Responsibilities:

Participate in PEA, PFS, FS, and detailed engineering planning Manage engineers, designers, technicians, consultants, and suppliers Evaluate critical equipment suppliers and technical proposals Optimize facility profitability, performance,



and maintenance requirements Update technical guidelines using project lessons learned Requirements:

Fifteen years of relevant experience, ideally in consulting Contribution to large-scale Greenfield or Brownfield mining projects Knowledge of earthworks, civil, structural, mechanical, and process engineering Robust analytical, negotiation, communication, and decision-making abilities Availability for occasional Canadian and international travel Apply engineering leadership, mining infrastructure expertise, technical judgment, and communication skills across G Mining Services’ international projects.
