This Senior Software Developer role focuses on scalable application design across SAP’s Order Management platform. You will develop and test performant microservices, contribute throughout full sprint cycles, and improve CI/CD and operational practices. Your work spans Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, asynchronous messaging, observability, and distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and test performant cloud-native Order Management microservices
- Participate in refinement, development, review, and deployment
- Write unit, integration, and contract tests for production quality
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes and GitHub Actions
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive permanent fixes
Requirements:
- Six or more years of qualified software development experience
- Expert Java skills with Spring Boot experience preferred
- Experience with Kafka or similar asynchronous messaging
- Experience with Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD
- Comfort working across distributed, cross-functional agile teams
