Job Description Mandate Overview:

The client is looking for a business project manager for theL1B Underwriting delivery of the APART initiative, which modernizes theindividual insurance ecosystem through a software package solution. Thedelivery is completing its feasibility phase, while L1A entered execution in2026: the person will arrive as the next stages are being structured and phasegates prepared. The role combines steering and governance: contributionrequests to business experts and team leads, status reporting, performance dialogueand plan follow-up, in tandem with the PCO. It also includes a supportcomponent, as the person acts in a support and coaching capacity with projectteams. The baseline requirement is more than 8 years of IT project managementwithin a recognized methodology, Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid.

Candidate sought:

a project manager with more than 8years leading IT projects within a formal methodological framework, who hasalready owned status reports, governance documents and phase gates. Abackground in life and health insurance on projects over $10M puts the candidateat the top of the list.





Requirements Required:

IT project management in a structured setting with arecognized methodology (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

Command of project management practices, methodologies andtools

Asset:

Project management in life and health insurance

Agile (Scrum) management

Experience in Insurance

Profiles to Exclude:

Project control officer (PCO) profile with no demonstratedresponsibility for steering a project: plan, status reporting, team.

Scrum Master or agile coach profile with no demonstratedresponsibility for project scope, plan and governance.

Non-IT project management profile (construction,engineering, events) with no technology solution delivery on the resume.

Project coordinator or assistant profile with nodemonstrated responsibility for status reports or governance documents.

Profile totalling less than 8 years of IT projectmanagement, once coordination or analysis years are removed.
